Schupan Aluminum & Plastic Sales is pleased to announce the promotions of Matt Webster to Vice President and Kevin Roschek to Senior Director of Divisional Operations — and we’re excited to see them continue to take this division to new heights.
“As our business has grown in both size and complexity, we’ve been intentional about building the leadership capacity needed to support our next phase of growth,” John Barry shared. “These promotions reflect our commitment to developing talent from within and creating opportunities for our people to grow alongside the business. Matt and Kevin have been instrumental in our growth journey, and these promotions recognize both their accomplishments to date and the confidence we have in their ability to help lead us into the future.”
Matt joined Schupan in 2022 as Director of Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement. He brings 27+ years of leadership experience, including as Divisional General Manager at Parker-Hannifin. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Management from Western Michigan University. Outside of work, he lives in Portage with his wife Ann and two sons — check the ice rink or the hunting blind if you can’t find him.
Kevin’s is a true Schupan story. He started here in inside sales in 2007, grew into plant management in Dayton and Kalamazoo, and his path to senior leadership is exactly what growing from within looks like. Outside of work, he and his wife, Liz, are raising three sons in Kalamazoo, and he coaches his son’s hockey team.
