Monday, January 20th is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a day to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a U.S. civil rights movement leader. The holiday encourages reflection on equality and community service.
As a reminder, eligible coworkers receive one community enrichment day per year to volunteer their time. Check our handbook for the full community enrichment day policy.

- Business unit leaders, management teams, and TMR will meet with coworker groups to dive deeper into the results and identify actionable steps to improve our work environment.

Schupan Asset Management Recycling Event – Saturday, January 25th
SAM is hosting an electronics recycling event at Mayors Riverfront Park in Kalamazoo on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM.
Most items are recycled for FREE, except:
- CRT monitors/TVs and LCD TVs ($10 processing fee).
Accepted Items:
- Computers, laptops, servers
- Printers and scanners
- Modems and cable boxes
- Mobile devices and tablets
- Other consumer electronics
- LCD monitors
Not Accepted:
- Smoke detectors
- Items containing liquid or freon
- Glass, rubber, or paper
