A new, anonymous survey is coming your way with some pretty tasty consequences for our managers.

Schupan’s engagement survey returns with a challenge: can we hear from MORE of you this time around?*

Some say it can’t be done. That 86% participation — our response rate from the 2021 survey — is already outstanding. And it is.  We believe we can do even better!

If we increase survey participation, select members of the managerial and executive teams will receive a pie to the face at our Summer Outing!

Photos of the pie-in-the-face challenge are not only allowed but strongly encouraged.*

When we hit 100% participation, Marc Schupan has volunteered to be on the receiving end of a pie!

The survey, conducted by Energage, rolls out the week of May 15th.

Conducted by a company called Energage, the survey will collect your feedback on various elements of your role to help determine your engagement and satisfaction level with your daily work life. Some of you will receive the survey via an SMS text link while others will receive an emailed link.*

*The survey will be distributed to employees who have been with us for 90 days or more.

The survey is anonymous.

While each response is anonymous, the overall scores and responses will be shared throughout the company to enable us to make people-informed decisions based on your feedback.

Department, team, or group scores are revealed only when there is a minimum of 5 survey responses. Managers may see the comments you offer on the survey’s final page, so please do not write anything that could reveal your identity.

Help us surpass 86% participation!

Success will, literally, taste as sweet as pie for some of your managers if we hit our goal of 86% or more. And Marc will taste the familiar flavor of success if we reach 100% participation!
