As a result of our Engagement Survey results, it was clear you would like to see and speak with our executive team more often.

Tom Emmerich, our Chief Operating Officer, will be holding “Town Halls” at Kalamazoo locations beginning February 21st.

In November, 2022, Tom visited Ohio, Indiana, Wixom and Wyoming and received significant insight from our teams. We hope to have as much participation at our Kalamazoo locations.

Your supervisor/manager will help you determine the best group time for your meeting, where applicable.

This opportunity is about YOU, your concerns, questions, and whatever else you want to share.  Tom will start each discussion with a few comments and then the rest will be up to you..  We will try to keep the discussions between 30 minutes to 1 hour, but will be dependent on how many questions are asked. (The more questions, the better!)
