From his temp position as a disassembler to operational supervisor at Schupan Asset Management, Mitchell Kooi takes the spotlight in the first video of our “One Schupan” series.

When I started out with the temp agency, I was looking for that small, family-owned style company, very team oriented, so that [Schupan] just fit with the atmosphere and the entire working environment I was looking for.
From the outside, one could call it a fast ascent from temp to supervisor — but, as our continuing video series will show, that kind of rise isn’t so unusual at Schupan. Mitchell Kooi was initially hired as a temporary employee in the disassembling line at Schupan Asset Management. After two years of training, development and commitment to growth, he now serves as the Operational Supervisor at our Peekstok location.
