Starting in 2026, it’s more important than ever to know where to turn when you have questions about your prescription drug coverage. Navitus Customer Care is your one-stop resource for help with everything related to your pharmacy benefits.
Navitus can assist with everyday needs like pharmacy claim issues, copays and drug costs, prior authorization submissions and decisions, prescription ID cards, and locating an in-network pharmacy. Their team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with closures only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, making it easy to get help when you need it most.
Important Reminder for 2026
Beginning January 1, 2026, you’ll need to use:
- Your BCBS card for medical claims (office visits, lab work, surgery, etc.)
- Your Navitus card for prescription drug claims
Keeping both cards handy will help ensure claims are processed correctly and without delay.
