We’re excited for both types of courage here: to hear from all of you, and for our leadership team to listen.
In the next couple of weeks, you’ll receive an invitation to participate in our latest companywide anonymous survey. This survey is an important opportunity to share what’s going well and where we can improve. I know we can always improve, and that’s an exciting part of life for me.
In my role as President of Schupan, I get to spend time working across all our business units, and I take great pride in focusing on how we can strengthen our culture. I read all of the comments, and we’ll make sure to better communicate the actions we take based on what we learn from this year’s survey.
Your candid and honest feedback helps guide us forward. Everyone matters and has valuable input to share.

This survey is completely anonymous. No one, including myself or senior leadership, will know who provided individual responses. The only way anyone could be identified is if you include personal details in your comments which we’re not suggesting if you wish your comments to be anonymous.
